Anti-social behaviour
Anti-social behaviour appears to be a source of unhappiness, insecurity and sometimes resentment in various neighbourhoods and local areas. It takes various forms, and seems to be talked about much more in private than in public.
Are these just the everyday irritations and complaints that happen everywhere, or is something more worrying involved?
